I don't mind Brick making 400 grand as an administrative guy. That's his salary and our leaders gave it to him. Their fault not his. Would any if you turn it away in the same scenario? What does Kragthorpe make? Gotta be as much or more you'd think. He basically made the same move just different circumstances. If Brick stays his 400 grand can be earned on campus recruiting. He doesn't have to be the lead to make an impact. Kids and parents do like him even if he finishes 2nd a lot. Those kids he was chasing had 40-50 offers so #2 means he was doing something right. Him and O together can be very influential

Calling bullshite on the TAM spin. Sure they may not have "officially" offered but they wanted him without a doubt. They had insiders basically guaranteeing his arrival.
