A few NFL scouts have already said it would be very risky for Cardale to come out. He's played in 3 games. Dan Patrick jokingly said he should come out since there is no bad film on him right now.
And don't discount what Barrett did this year after what happened after he got hurt. It's not a lock that Cardale would be the guy next year.

This is actually true though. Right now, all they have is footage of him against 3 good teams when he and the rest of the team were jacked up out of this world. So everything looks good. They don't have any footage of him when the team isn't that excited to play and they're playing with the bull's-eye on their back.
