So you enjoyed a glorified Saints Row 3 DLC full of super powers that made vehicles absolutely pointless? Nevermind the fact that superpowers were already in Saints Row 3.

Right and people loved GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas because they were exaggerated yet grounded in reality. GTA 4's more serious tone was one of the reasons why so many considered it to be such a borefest.
Saints Row 2 was the perfect blend between ridiculousness and seriousness.
The series started jumping the shark with Saints Row 3 and Saints Row 4 was just laughable, making it almost impossible to care about what is going on as you're constantly under a barrage of fourth wall breaking BS.
