Seriously, why not hire the best defensive coordinator around, then hire Orgeron to handle his recruiting for him. It's not like Chavis did any recruiting.

someone did a thread on TD that showed the correlation between recruiting class and finish. There is a very high correlation.
Only a couple of teams won the SEC west without a highly rated class and they had a premier QB. Cam was one.
