actually I believe mytigger now because on new years day he said LSU had met with Muschamps agent to see if there was still any way to get him at LSU.

that matches up with a post on 247 from new years eve saying:

"I have just been told that the Tigers may go after someone that everyone will be elated to get. I'm sorry I can't reveal his name because he is presently employed."

then this week that same poster said:

"He was contacting to gauge his interest. He is a DC on another team, but had expressed his interest to come to LSU at an earlier time. Miles did not have an opening. Had Chavis made his intentions a few weeks earlier, we would have this coach. I have no doubt about it."

the poster on 247 never confirmed or even hinted that it was Muschamp, which mytigger on here did, so that makes me think theyre not the same person, but rather two people who actually know someone involved with the search.
