I can't believe there has been this much discussion on the topic. Rivers and smith are D league players, Pondexter proved to be a rotation guard on a playoff team and is a position of need for us. its a solid small scale move.

He's got 3 years left on his deal at $3.5m per year. Rivers was expiring.
