It's interesting to note that barleywine is not a popular choice in this thread. I'm not a big fan of them unless they're stuck in a barrel. Other than that, way too sweet.

I have had several that I found quite enjoyable.(KY Bourbon Barrel, Karbach Hellfighter) I tend to enjoy brown ales, red ales, porter, as well as a good pilsner (could drink Lone Star all day long).
