re: Anyone here ever remove stitches on their own?

I've had my neighbor remove staples and stitches, but she's a nurse. Stitches you can take out pretty easily, they just feel weird coming out. I think if I did it myself I would have to overcome that.
But snip and pull, it's not hard to do..
