Chop House was very good the times I have been there. I liked it better than Gibson's and Harry Caray's. One not on your list is Joe's Seafood and Prime Steak and Crab on East Grand Street is absolutely phenomenal and had some of the best service at any restaurant I've been to in the entire country.
