I'm starting to see the pissing at night although I've increased my water intake drastically so I blame that and not age.

Another bright side.
Old man strength is a real thing.
I'm 47. I'm slower than I was when I was 25. I can't jump as high. I'm not as agile and truth be told, my old man strength is fading some now.
But, I can say this. I've been a gym regular my whole life but something occurred around age 33. I started making lift gains for almost no reason in my mind. I didn't appreciably change anything I was doing.
That shite lasted solidly until I was about 44 and despite some notable fall off I can STILL lift more than I did when I was 25.
It literally makes no f'n sense to me.
