Alleva is not getting the 400k back.
And even if he got a little of it back it wouldn't be worth the legal fees and the bad pr.

If we are taking verbal agreement angle and the date is 12/31/14 (weak petty)
If the date rolled to 12/31/15 it might not he so weak and petty

We just lost our best coach to A&M over money. Think about that. Unfuc*ingbelievable! What a message that sends to coaches being interviewed and recruits. Bush league.
