hell, if les flipped out on chavis when chavis was still giving LSU the opportunity to match, then they could argue LSU breached the current deal

And Alleva was a dick about it which played a significant role in the whole turn of events.
Les did not freak out on Chavis. Let me put it this way: les is not too pleased with Alleva right now.
