This seems like a very transparent attempt to placate pissed off players and fans.

I just don't trust that there will be any real change as a result of this statement. Its pure politics.

Me thinks you are a moron if you believed Miles any of the other times he has discussed the qb situation since the Auburn game. Do you really think he wasted 50% of the practice reps on a qb who didn't take a meaningful snap in the last 7 games of the year?

So is Anthony Jennings a moron? He says there isn't a qb competition.

Why was it not open during the regular season?
That's a fair question. IMO Harris looked absolutely lost with play calls coming from the bench about half the time. If that's all that ails him, we might have a new starting QB next fall.

Possibly. But I don't think he makes decisions on the qb.

He still lead the team to TDs when Jennings was worse in the same game..

Lost or not Harris has more talent and was more effective. He had 1 bad start in a game neither qb mattered.

Why do all of you make everything only about miles one way or another.

For the millionth time on here since there are so many fricking retards like yourself on this site, I like miles as lsu coach. I think we can still turn things around. He has done great things at lsu and he has also made my head scratchers.

The real problem is people like you that attack bash and only point out every negative you can find in miles.

I'm an lsu fan first and foremost. It's almost hilarious how butt hurt many of you get when people don't want to fire the staff after a bad season.

YOU need a reality check.

Appears very sincere. Harris has just got to do the hard work necessary to blow right past Jennings. No doubt that he has the raw talent. If he puts in the effort, he could be great for the next 2 years and then go Pro.

Agree, we are going to see if he's a great recruiter right now. Keep players and coaches on campus.
