Anytime you can add a quality coach that has had a lot of success at both the college and NFL level it has a ripple affect. We are talking about a coach that is a successful defensive coordinator, has coached at a high level, coached in a super bowl, and in a power 5 conference. Very good resume. It definitely translates over to recruiting. To be able to go in a kids living room and tell his parents the ins and outs of both the college and pro level that's priceless. #GottaGetPendergast

This guy has been great wherever he has gone. He loves getting pressure on the QB (something we have struggled with the past 2 years).

Based on what we put in the league and watching their transition, I'd say we under performed last year on offense. He certainly helped improve the guys we had from the year before though.
