Good for her. The feminists will lose their damn minds though. How dare her make her own choice and gasp want to be a housewife.

I thought the last time they had them was around 1961.

I tell myself CBS made her get it because it was trendy after Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Watson got it.

And all this even after her trouble with "The Fappening" leaks.

The "Big Bang Theory" star spoke about equality in an interview with Redbook for the magazine's February 2015 issue. When asked if she considers herself a feminist, she responded in the negative.

"Is it bad if I say no?" she asked. "It's not really something I think about. Things are different now, and I know a lot of the work that paved the way for women happened before I was around ... I was never that feminist girl demanding equality, but maybe that's because I've never really faced inequality."

Looking at the comments, it appears that the definition of a "feminist" is that you must start with the assumption that because you are a woman, you are a victim who needs to fight oppression.

This actress seems to be saying, "I don't see myself as a victim and I don't feel oppressed, so I don't have any need to label myself as a feminist"

A couple of side questions:

What's the male version of feminist? Masculinist? Macho-Manist?

Can a woman consider herself to be "feminine" AND a "feminist"?

Right, always behind the 8-ball.

Right, she's awesome.

I believe the PC term is "Sexist."

If it helps her, sure.

I have a feeling that if she was fat and ugly she'd be a feminist.

See, that right there is the opposite of "feminist", not the male version of it.

Is there a word whose meaning first assumes that men are victims who need to fight oppression? I don't think that word exists.

I know a lot of southern women who are fat and ugly. Unless they are lesbians, the vast majority of them are far from feminists.

That's a fair assumption. Feminists, at least the militant anti-men variety, tend to be fat and ugly.

She isn't a housewife. She has barely been married.
