Fraud/abuse, same shite to me. Welfare should be a safety net, not a fricking cradle to grave hammock.

Unless someone is physically or mentally unable to work, they should not be on fricking lifelong welfare.

Welfare is so 1990s. Disability is now where it's at.

And why do these government programs negatively affect the black community so much more than any other group?

Funny thing is that they get more money if their kids have "learning disabilities" like ADD, or if they don't score well on tests
