Southern whites are pretty damn close, per 2012 exit polling.

Maybe its not loyalty for dems, but avoidance of GOP. Something worth considering.

Native Americans do, largely for similar reasons- when one party actually reaches out to you while the other actively tries to suppress you're vote with various dirty tricks + voter ID laws well which party are you going to vote for.
