Yea, my point is that being short is an inherent physical defect that severely decreases ones chances of making it as a bball player. To equate that with being black in the professional world, you are obliterating the "hard work/personal responsibility" angle unless you believe someone 5'6" has just as good a shot at making the NBA as someone with Shaq's size.

Low IQ is an inherent physical defect that severely decreases ones chances of making it as a doctor.
