To whom does he attribute greed?

1. People who pay their own way
or
2. People who feel entitled to the assets of #1

"greed" is a very interesting topic. i've been thinking about trying to make a "one thread to rule them all" thread about greed, touching on economics, politics, philosophy, etc. it may be too much for one singular discussion (that may devolve into solely a religious discussion, which, on here, would defeat the purpose)

one hard part is that "greed" is a multi-layered concept. one layer is what you said. another is rationality and irrationality (irrational greed is often how it's presented, especially in movies on the subject)

Sticking with the "social justice" bent of this Pope, there is little doubt #1 will be the object of scorn and derision.
