Was that supposed to be highlights or lowlights???
No. it was just all his plays from that game. I didn't look at the vid, but I'm guessing it's from the SEC QB House youtube channel.

That was like watching a replay of the QB manure we suffered all year long.
Forgot how terrible he looked in that game. NFL receivers on the field and he stunk it up BAD. Wide open downfield - overthrows and pick 6.
Same issues this season - stares down receivers, moves into the pressure and stands in the pocket then freezes like a deer in headlights. Guy is good for not much more than a 5 - 8 yard short pass.
Sorry but that dog is not going to hunt. If we want to compete for the Top next year, Harris had got to step up and lead the offense.

Prepare for 2 more years of this

Sure it was his 1st official start, but he had happy feet on a lot of passes and there were way too may just awful throws that were not even close to being completed. This was an omen of things to come.
He stared down most primary receivers & rarely checked down to another option.
Maybe indicative of a freshman starting, but he's not progressed too much.

Looks a lot like this year's effort. He is not accurate and has no pocket awareness. Hope he can get better before next season.

As I recall Jarvis and Odell each caught two passes against Iowa. Odell made a very good catch on a horrible pass near the sideline. Not much has changed with AJ, I love his attitude and work ethic and I hope he proves me wrong. I'm simply not seeing it.

Jennings wasn't helped out by our inexpierence this year
Huh? Jennings WAS the inexperience. He was THE problem. Wasn't helped out? He was helped out by the whole team. He was the low hanging fruit.

I hope he proves me wrong too, but if you look at those sacks, the majority of them were on AJ as he moved either into the only guy applying pressure, or the only place he could have been sacked.
He had all day to throw, and could not find a receiver. On the pic 6 he was not pressured at all and just over threw the receiver behind him and it was the easiest pick you'll ever see. Please coach don't "Settle" for this type of performance out of the QB position. Even runs and scrambles would be better with the faster and more elusive BH.

Anthony hasn't made any significant progress whatsoever imo. Other than the read option form A&M which BH could run just as good if not better if he were given the chance. Miles is a loyal man to his players and sometimes it can come to bite you in the as* at times ( think DJ Welter ). Miles needs to get passed Notre Dame and keep the momentum going into spring ball opening up the QB race in the process. Both want to be great but its clear that Anthony, after a full year of running the offense, isn't capable of that in this conference.

It's so bad, I'm almost of the mind that we should simply avoid ALL QBs with a last initial of "J"!!!

Sorry but JJ was not as bad as AJ. Miles finally found a way for us to appreciate JJ. Shame on Miles and his decade long failure at getting us a competent QB.

Sorry but JJ was not as bad as AJ.
Both them seemed to have the uncanny ability to have no f'n idea where the rush was coming from or worse, to run TO the rush!!!

AJ seemed to find the would be sacker
it really is amazing watching these "highlights"
he never actually got better

No way this guy can be our QB next year. His footwork is really bad, Pocket presence, non existent, and we can't call any routes over the middle because the ball sails on him.

you noticed it too huh? not many of the middle routes this year... really limits the offense. cam has dumbed it down IMO

Right, and that's less of the field that has to be defended. It's a real disadvantage
