The internet is the final marketplace, and Amazon is the market leader.

Jesus Christmas, is every story you post here about scamming companies?
Something along the lines of taking advantage of improperly priced items before too?

No. They are always reinvesting and expanding. Some of their investors are starting to get tired of it though and sooner or later they are going to have to show some value to their investors.
You obviously don't have an amazon store like I do. They take a % and eat into your profit, trust me. Nothing is for free.

I do have a store actually but that has nothing to do with the fact that Amazon does not turn a profit.

Please explain, cause I'd like to know. They take a % of everything I sell.

He means they pull a negative net profit, not that they don't make money. They make a shite load of money, they simply reinvest it back into the company, which shows up as expenses on the income statement. They have more expenses than income most quarters.

Yes they do but as a company they are not turning a profit. Not sure how I can explain it better than that.
Them taking a % from people that sell on Amazon is just a small piece of their revenue pie.

Ok, but those frickers take money from me all of the time. They are starting to sound like the NFL.

Thanks, I had no idea. Soliciting k-mart as we speak.

I mean you're acting like they hold you u at gunpoint and steal from you. You entered into an agreement with them knowing what the percentages are.

Sorry if I came off that way. That was not my intention. But, they are making a profit, whether it's on the books now or later. No one does this shite for free, Amazon included. To think that is just silly.
