A number of teams have inquired about the availability of Nuggets small forward Wilson Chandler, reports the Denver Post. The team wants to keep him and has told him so, but things could change if Denver decides to retool for the future.

Do you all think we move Gordon's expiring contract next year for a 3 or do we attempt to get one in FA?

I'm sure having AD and a decent core makes us more attractive to FAs than previously, but I am nervous we'll whiff or overpay in free agency.

Possibly dumb question but do we want Chandler necessarily? Seems like we'd have to be dealing Anderson which means we want a 3-pt guy coming in. He's shot 35% from 3 in his last 2 yrs of significant action as an SF (which is where he would play).

For reference Anderson even in his slump year this year is shooting 33% and shot 39% for his career prior to this year. Jrue is shooting 34% for this year and 37% for his career, Rivers 29% / 33%, Gordon 34% / 36%.

Seems like from the 3-pt angle Chandler would be at best just giving us what Anderson has this year (which hasn't been very good) and would just be replacement level on this team. He does bring better defense and rebounding than Anderson (almost by default...) but I can't help but think we can get something better for Anderson.

I'm hoping Loomis has put the handcuffs on Dell for any major deals. Want the new coach to have some input.
