Yeah, it's true throughout all levels. Even the mainstream of science recognizes this. If any one of an innumerable range of things like gravity, the strong force, the weak force, etc. were different life as we know it could not exists, because there'd be no planets, stars, galaxies, or even matter. It's why the mainstream embraces the multiverse model, because otherwise statistically it's impossible for everything to be arranged so perfectly for life without an outside creator.
