Police said EMS was there within 30 mins. That could be 10 mins or 29 mins.

That seems more likely than the two/plus hours being circulated.

Even when EMS is called, they typically WILL NOT come in until the scene is secure. From what I have heard, that scene was anything but secure after the shooting. Just FYI.
