That's because they "transfer" what they cannot handle to FedEx & UPS.

The opposite is more common. UPS and FedEx transfer packages to the post office for home delivery.

Know what the hell you are talking about before you spew a bunch of crap. UPS and Fed Ex drop off all of the parcels they can't handle for the postal service to deliver, and that is an awful lot of parcels.
