Swanson's Louisiana Cajun Broth - Anybody Try It?

It doesn't say if it's chicken beef or pork broth - maybe it's just the veggies?

?n a bind, sure, I'd try it. I use swanson stock(low/less sodium variety) for most of my gumbo stocks anyway.

And I thought it was made by boiling Cajuns until all the flavor leaches out, which would probably make it taste like pork, Popeyes chicken, beer, and pralines.

I made a gumbo with it and I'll stick to chicken broth. It tasted like an imitation gumbo. Didn't enjoy it at all.

I find that most products labelled "Cajun" that are not made in south LA should be avoided. They are usually horrifically bad.
