I believe part of the family stuff that his wife wanted ironed out was him being there for the long haul. They have grade school children and she does not mind moving but doesn't want to move again. I would guess he will be there for the remainder of his career.

Not a snowball's chance in hell. As much as Michigan fans don't want to believe it, Michigan is a stepping stone for Harbaugh until he decides he wants to give it another shot at a Super Bowl.
