Anyone ever cook one? Recommendations?
How do you cook one? In a bag?
Does it make a gravy like a normal turkey?
I want to do this but have questions/reservations.
What say etch the FDB?

I don't think so, but that is just my opinion.

Usually 4 hrs at 375 in oven...2hrs covered with foil and 2hrs open....cup and a half water in the pan keeps things moist..

A company I did business with would send me one every year. The first year it was OK, a fun change of pace, I ended up giving the rest of the to friends and relatives.

So I've decided to cook a turkey and a turducken, just to be safe. Sister is bringing a ham. Will be my first Ty at turducken.

What's it stuffed with?
That's the most important part.

Drive to Lafayette hear south to Maurice. Go to Heberts meat market buy one there let them tell you how to cook it. Why they invented Turducken.

I've always done them in an oven. Covered. But really, the stuffing makes or breaks turducken. And it's gotta be inbetween and inside each bird.
