Fight was about what I expected going in..I had it 50-45 Silva.

A glorified sparring session for silva. It pretty much I expected. Silva was too long and too quick for Diaz. I do respect the shite out of Diaz for going up in weight to fight Anderson when GSP wouldnt.
Diaz is a fricking tough SOB.

LOL at any notion that Diaz won that fight

His schtick got old a long time ago. Talk about talking the talk and failing miserably to walk the walk.

Silva probably would've finished any other 170er in the world. Diaz has balls. He got in there and traded with the greatest striker of all-time and walked away.

I love the spider but not too excited about a win against a guy that has fought at 155. Glad he is back!

Great, another moral victory for Diaz.

Yeah bc one had a traumatic leg injury who is almost 40 years old and had a spent a lot of time in rehab to help his injury. While the other one was only here for the payday and actually trained hard. Silva had everything to lose here imo and shut nick out

Performance of the Night -- Thales Leites

Fight of the Night -- Thales Leites vs. Tim Boetsch
Not a bad night for Thales Leites

Nope. Looks like Thales has worked hard on improving his striking game

Are you really going to try to compare prime Silva to this Silva? Also, Diaz had nothing to lose by taking this payday.

Let him have a rubber match with Mir. I'd rather he stay away from the better HWs now.
Posted on 2/3/15 at 1:00 pm to Korin
I think Bigfoot would be an extremely tough matchup for him. Especially coming off that long layoff.
Posted on 2/3/15 at 1:07 pm to ScrapPack
I still think he took a dive against Overeem.
Posted on 2/3/15 at 1:10 pm to Korin
Didn't he sign with the wwe prior to that overeem fight or was it right after? I don't think he took a dive but a part of me thinks he wasn't gonna win that fight
Posted on 2/3/15 at 1:14 pm to Korin
He definitely had something planned with the WWE while he was still HW champion in the ufc.

All the way back in 10? He didn't show back up until the night after WM 29 in early Apr 12.

Old news from the people I've talked to.. Almost positive I stated this on here a few weeks ago.. I'd like to go to Vegas in July; but tickets there will probably be insane and I'm a cheapskate
