I had to call in sick 
And have to go up to the hospital this afternoon. Some weird things going on that I'm afraid are the onset of appendicitis.
Of course, right before I'm off work for several days.

If you really think it's appendicitis you need to go to hospital now. That's nothing to wait around with. You get your appendix out before it ruptures....you looking a day or two in the hospital. You get your appendix out after it ruptures...you bought yourself at least 5 days in the hospital with IV antibiotics and possibly not being allowed ANYTHING to eat or drink for a couple days. And maybe even a tube down your nose as well.
