I think they would consider it if they do anyway with the non-select and select playoffs. If shaw drops to 4A they would be a perfect replacement. They would go from a district with 8 teams to a district with 6 teams and could play 5 non district games to boost their power rankings instead of just 3.

Remember St. Aug is 4A now as well, and I don't see anything that leads me to believe they would go 5A again. They are dropping numbers, plus with a new football coach 4A is their best placement.
