So stupid. Not your comment, just that a person thinks that killing two random police (minorities I might add) will make up for the earlier police issues.
This guy obviously planned on dying anyway, and just wanted to find an easy mark before going. In his sick mind, maybe he thought he was getting an eye for an eye, but I believe he was more likely just deranged.
