I think either can do it. Without seeing them in practice, I personally value experience over talent.. And probably favor Jennings because nobody gives him a chance at this point.

He is a great example of a Tiger and I'd hate for his reputation to linger the way it is now.

shite, the way you pretend he isn't historically bad, one would think your reasons were more personal.

He is almost certainly a decent kid. LSU has had MANY decent kids who grew into awesome young me and yet, were pretty f'n bad college football players. AJ aint the first and he wont be the last, but he most certainly IS historically bad as major college QBs go.

Bad at football =/= bad person.

I don't but the key word for both of us is think. No one has any way to know for sure.

Typically I do as well. Unless the talent gap is too large to ignore. I don't know if Harris is that much more talented at the QB postion. I would like to see him get a fair shot to see if he is better or worse.

Everyone loves the underdog. I can respect that.

He is in fact a great Tiger. He gives everything he has and hasn't hung his head when he's had plenty of reasons to do so. I hate that he has performed so poorly, but the fact remains that he has been possibly the worst statistical QB at LSU since one of the Jamie Howard years. If they are not going to change the Offense, and they are going to put them in almost impossible situations to succeed, my opinion is to go with the super talented kid that could possibly make something out of nothing. All I want is a QB to enter week 1 and play well. Not well enough not to lose, but well enough to actually compliment your D and not put them in positions to have to win every single game for you.
