As a big time Krautrock fan I can definately say Halleluhwah by Can is the best krautrock jam I've heard
That and Neu!'s first album are the crowning achievements of Krautrock
Well other than Kraftwerk...which might be better than all of it

Dizzy Dizzy (live)
The earlier stuff like Tago Mago is the best, but Future Days is a fricking incredible album too. The early stuff can get a little too out for me sometimes.
