Firefox rules. To update Flash, google /test flash/ and go to the first Adobe hit. Then if your version is out of date, google /get flash/. Download the updater (skipping the McAfee crap), close Firefox, and run it. Then go to back to /test flash/ to verify it worked. I've been doing this for years, and it's never failed. I blame Adobe for making it so cumbersome a process.
