I guess I've been married too long to really get the "boyfriend" thing.
If I was single and was into a girl who was just dating some dude, I would tell her how I felt and that she should leave him for me if she didn't see a future with him.
If she leaves him, you'd be doing the guy a favor because she clearly didn't like him that much.
What's so complicated about this?
