Could Sony's troubles be an opening for Marvel to get Spiderman back?

Sony's going to take it up the arse on The Interview, with some estimates around $200 million just on that movie alone. The fallout from the hacking is also hitting it's entertainment division's bottom line.

Might this be an opportunity for the Mouse to roll in, pay a nice lump sum to Sony for the rights, plus a "piece of the action" from the next 3 Spidey/Marvel movies?

If I'm Marvel/Disney, that's exactly what I'm trying to do.

Although Sony will not want to part with its biggest money maker.
