Oberyn had a weapon. And one that allowed him to keep his distance. The Mountain is a brawler, plain and simple. He destroys Drogo in a hand to hand match. Drogo would have to jump to hit the Mountain's face. Give him a weapon of any kind, and I think Drogo wins if there is no armor. But I just don't see him killing the Mountain with his bare hands.

Drogo would use the Mountain's height against him and rip that fool's nuts off. When the Mountain doubles over in pain he then rips out his throat.
