Quit July fourth, made it 4.5 months and collapsed with the increased usage of adderall after midterms... Gonna quit again when I make it back to Houston for Christmas

FWIW, avoid your triggers if you can. Smokey Mountain fake dip got me through the toughest parts.
Days 4-6. And weeks 3-4 are always the hardest parts for me. After that it's a choice.
Saying no while drunk and on adderall are the hardest.
Eventually you have to make excuses not to, because you will make up infinite excuses to cave in

Cancer sucks and no reason to do something that you know gives it to you.

Quit before it's too late.
