Meh. You're making a lot of assumptions.

If this guy lives in a right to work state, his employer and any court will politely tell him to GFH.

Even if it does go to trial, he still has to win and some jury has to award him damages.

I think society is mostly fine.

Yeah it sounds like the reaction on twitter and at least people on the video aren't too upset about him being fired. Small sample tho.
