The Dillards in there you can find some good deals on nice clothes that's IF you can find them!

Man, I love shopping at Sears, easy, easy, in & out.
But, in general Malls suck, I don't do it. The perimeter stores there are always full and also easy to shop at.

Any place that "people" can walk around and not spend money is gonna die eventually - scares the "people" who spend money away.

Cortana would make a great higher education campus...and no not Virgina College.
You could turn that place into a science-technology-mathematics university(a la M.I.T) there is enough space for on campus housing.
Could put thousands of Louisianians(and non residents) in emerging industries and changing the state for the better and make the part of BR that is ignored by it's government viable again...not that LSU would ever allow it.
That's would I would do if BR was my Simcity.
