It will safely transport oil from Canada to the refineries in the south, decreasing the chances of a spill, creating a shite load of construction jobs for some time, and making gas cheaper
Basically, liberals want the oil trucked, because of the higher risk of spilling and the carbon emissions are great for the environment, oh wait. Man it's so hard to keep up with their arguments

OPEC doesn't set prices. Barry will just veto it because his buddy Buffet will loose a shitload of railcar money if this pipeline happens.
