I can imagine it is really tough for someone who has been into craft beers for a long time. Some of my "favorites" were the only beer in that category I have tried. Some styles like sours I have yet to try.

I'm not picking on you, but rather pointing out how loose commercial beer styles are.
Zombie Dust could really be an IPA.
Tart of Darkness is a stout in grain bill only.
Seizon Bretta would get utterly destroyed in a BJCP saison category. I know because my brett saison got ripped apart based on traditional saison characteristics.
