Always wondered if Lacouture really was our best option. Not sure if he has it in him to be an explosive DT like we're use to. I know there was a lot of youth at DT this season but I'm curious to see if someone else takes over one of the two DT spots over Lacouture next season.

Lacouture will be a all sec type of player around his sr. Year. He's a true sophomore who will get better each snap he takes. I don't see what you guys are talking about. He's already a solid defensive tackle.

We're used to explosive DT's? Bennie Logan? Mike Brockers? Ego? Freak? You have to go back to Lavalais and Dorsey to find a Godchaux type DT at LSU. And are you guys seriously questioning Lacouture? I'll take two Lacoutures at DT for the rest of my life and never worry about that position again. Funny also, how everyone's putting Valentine in the top three. I hope that pans out, but who the hell knows? We will be extremely solid at DT next year with Lacouture and Godchaux starting and a great bench.
