I would love to see a movie or series of movies about the Last Alliance of Elves and Men. I would love to see a battle that had a true human army, true elf army, and true dwarf army fighting Sauron in his physical form and his army. But I guess the CGI complainers wouldn't care for it.
That would be amazing to see. But yeah, we'd definitely have to either dress up a guy in costume and makeup to play Sauron. Or actually conjure his spirit. Anything but CGI of course

I thought the movie was ok but I have pretty much the same beefs as everyone else and I really wish they would have done a better ending. I wish they could of shown the victory feast and then ending with Thorins funeral at the end. You could have also gotten a much better goodbye from Bilbo to his dwarf companions. I also wish they would of shown Bilbo telling Sam and Frodo his adventures when Sam and Frodo were kids. The Hobbit trilogy was good but you never got that sense of connection that LOTR gave you that made it so special.

The dwarfs did not fight sauron in the last alliance. The movies never realy portrayed it but dwarfs are awful people for the most part in these books. They hid in their underground kingdoms and let the humans and elves do the dirty work.

I would love to see movies on the War of Wrath which was middle earth word war 2. The last alliance was like a border war in comparison.
The remainder of the Dark Powers; an unknown millions of Orcs, the remaining Balrogs of Angband, countless thousands of Wolves, Werewolves, Wargs and Warg-Riders, flightless Dragons, Serpents, Wraiths, Vampires and other Evil Demons. Later reinforced by the hosts of winged Dragons. Uncertain; The greatest host ever assembled by Men and Elves;
undoubtedly Hundreds of thousands of Elves, Edain and Dwarves; an unknown number of Valar and Maiar from Valinor. Later reinforced by the Great Eagles
