Good way to look at it. From my perspective, our company's culture is not a positive one and employee moral is down in the toilet. Two years ago, I would have done everything to accommodate anyone for a job interview. Today, not so much.
On a more positive note, I'll be in Scottsdale in January. Staying at the Marriott. Drinks?

100%!!! The Marriott is LITERALLY 50 feet from my place at most, probably less. Ask FlyAU how much fun it is out here!
