I've had similar issues with the line/bulb. may just be cracks that are exposing when the line contracts in the cold, but then when it warms up it expands back to seal the hole(s) in the bulb/line.
Try in this order:
open air vent
inspect/replace bulb/line

Tried that, to no avail.
This thing is pissing me off. I went friday in the middle of the afternoon and everything ran fine. Go back 12 hours later on Saturday morning and it's a 15 minute walk through the swamp if I want to hunt!
