Johnson was a bad AD but dear lord, they gave him this raise after he beat UTEP in the CUSA tourney to get them in the NCAAs

We gave butch an extension with an incentive induced raise of only a couple $100k
These two things are not the same and a least there was some evidence of another team actually being interested in him. No have yet to hear of a team being interested in Pastner yet he makes enough to be a top 10 paid coach
