You really think Jesus roams the earth today stopping crime in its tracks like some sort of comic book superhero?
People are responsible for their own actions and they will be judged by Jesus in the end. Those children who were martyred for their faith will live in paradise while those terrorists will reap what they are sewing on earth.

He was there. Giving them the strength and conviction to withstand those horrors. We are still open to free will and there is and always will be evil in the world. These children passed the ultimate test of faith and are now with him reaping their rewards. Actions such as these do nothing but seal the fact of the perpetrators. They will reap what they sow.
