that's easy...you can't. if you want something you can enforce, you need a court order. the best way to get custody/visitation is to get a lawyer and don't give the other side/judge to hold against you. (alcohol/dope/redneckness/assholeness/etc)

the state of louisiana and the court really want you to have a real relationship with your kids, but it sounds like the judge concerned about their safety when with you. if you troll the court like you trolled the ot, you won't like the outcome.
